Initial Comments:
An onsite follow up survey conducted on July 27, 2021 found that Visiting Angels had corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 51, Subpart A. The deficiency was the result of a relicensure survey conducted on May 13, 2021.

Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on May 13, 2021.
